Pope’s March prayer intention: 'For families in crisis'

"Let us pray that broken families might discover the cure for their wounds through forgiveness, rediscovering each other's gifts, even in their differences."

In March's prayer intention video, Pope Francis highlighted the struggles many families face and emphasized the importance of forgiveness. 

Acknowledging that no family is perfect and that conflicts arise from differences among members, he suggested that forgiveness is the key to healing and rediscovering peace. 

By giving family members another chance, just as God forgives us, families can find renewed hope and move forward. Despite the challenges, the Pope believes that God's grace empowers us to forgive, bringing peace and freeing us from sadness and resentment. He concluded by urging prayers for broken families to find healing through forgiveness and to appreciate each other's unique gifts.
