She was born on February 9, 1926 in Stuttgart, Germany, Diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart.
She offered herself to God through Temporary Profession on February 7, 1961 in Bernried and Perpetual Profession in Tutzing on August 24, 1964.
Her service as a Missionary Benedictine Sister was given in the Priory of Tutzing.
