As our Congregation is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus since 125 years, the Casa Community celebrated the feast with all solemnity.
We remember our Founder Fr. Andreas Amrhein, who already in his early years saw and painted the Sacred Heart of Jesus, from which the light is shining to the whole world.
Sisters renewed their commitment to remain faithful in their following of Christ in the Congregation through the singing of the Suscipe.
In 1896, during difficult times in our still young Congregation, through the prayer and vision of Sr. Maria of the Divine Heart Droste zu Vischering and Abbot Ildefons Schober, it was dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
May the divine light continue to shine on our Congregation, on the Church and the whole world!
