Every month we prepare and distribute food products to around 20 families in our village, Zarev Brod. These are families with sick or elderly members. We started this project at the end of last year 2020 through the support of the friends of Sr. Abraham Kang from Seoul Priory, South Korea. We hope to be able to carry it out throughout this year and beyond.
The interest of the Television was to show the interaction of the Catholics with the Orthodox and the Muslim Community in this area. This interaction is of great interest in Bulgaria since Orthodox is the main Church making up more than 85% of the population followed by Muslims at 14% then Catholics at 1%.
They are ever curious as to what culture we observe in our convent, what food we eat and what language we speak.
